We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from Australia within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 2–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

What’s your return or exchange policy?

We want you to love your Orra Eco experience. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. Due to the personal nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
